TECHNO CNC Teflon Dam (PTFE) for Zhou Tai AWF450 / AWF1300 Solventless Lamination Machine - Drawing No. G1072.0001.

This PTFE adhesive dam sits between the metering rollers of the solventless coating unit and seals the side edges of the adhesive nip, stopping side leakage and keeping the coating width clean and consistent.

Technical Details

• Size: 90 x 112 x 15 mm (L x H x T)
• Twin R99.5 mm contour arcs meeting at a fine 0.1 mm tip for a close fit to the rollers
• Arc surfaces finished to Ra 0.8 for smooth contact and low wear; other surfaces Ra 6.3
• 2 counterbored mounting holes: Dia 6.6 mm through, Dia 12 x 10 mm deep, 40 mm pitch
• All sharp edges rounded off
• Material: 100% virgin PTFE (Teflon) - non-stick, chemical and heat resistant
