TECHNO CNC presents the PTFE Teflon Dam 90 x 100 x 15 mm with R100 Profile (Item Code 1718.0002), a precision CNC machined PTFE sealing component for laminating and coating machines.
The dam has a pointed V shape with two R100 curved faces that sit against the rollers and hold the adhesive within the coating width. It is mounted with 2 holes of Dia 6.6 mm at 55 mm pitch, with top locating notches, R8 corner radii and a 5 x 45 Deg chamfer.
Made from high-grade virgin PTFE (Teflon), it offers non-stick, heat-resistant and low-friction performance with long life and clean adhesive edges.
