Our Manufacturing Facility & Equipment

Techno CNC runs a fully equipped precision machining facility in Ahmedabad, India, with 14 CNC machines, a quality control lab and in-house finishing. This lets us control quality, keep lead times short and deliver parts fast to customers worldwide.

• Micrometers, Vernier calipers and other precision measuring instruments
• Inspection to micron-level accuracy with inspection records

4. Conventional Machines

• Lathe Machine – 6 Feet (1 No.)
• Drilling Machine – 1 Inch capacity (1 No.)
• Bench Grinder (2 Nos.)
• Horizontal Metal Cutting Band Saw Machine (1 No.) – for raw material cutting

5. Surface Finishing & Cleaning (In-house)

• Anodizing Plant – for aluminium parts
• Glass Bead Blasting
• Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

With in-house finishing, parts go from machining to dispatch without waiting on outside vendors, so we deliver faster to our customers.
