Iridite Yellow Coating from TECHNO CNC is a Class 1A chromate conversion treatment designed to enhance the corrosion resistance of CNC-machined aluminum parts. Known for its distinctive golden-yellow finish, this coating meets MIL-DTL-5541 specifications and is commonly used in aerospace, defense, and industrial environments where maximum surface protection is required.
The Iridite yellow finish offers a micron-thin layer that maintains tight tolerances on machined aluminum parts. It serves as both a standalone protective layer and an effective primer for subsequent paint or powder coat applications. Its high corrosion resistance (up to 168 hours in salt spray tests) makes it ideal for demanding environments.
