With a minimum thickness of .0005 inches (12.5 microns), this finish offers a substantial copper layer suitable for functional, structural, and multi-layered plating requirements.
Ideal for use in RF shielding, solder-intensive assemblies, and electrical connectors, this finish enables excellent adhesion, uniformity, and machinability, while maintaining tight dimensional control. Often used as an intermediate plating layer beneath nickel, tin, or gold in high-reliability assemblies.
