TECHNO CNC offers a specialized dual-surface finishing service combining Glass Bead Blasting with Black Anodizing—engineered for components requiring both aesthetic excellence and functional durability.

The process begins with glass bead blasting, which creates a uniform satin texture by cleaning and texturing the surface through fine spherical media. This not only enhances appearance but also improves adhesion for the subsequent anodizing layer.

The black anodize finish is then applied, forming a controlled oxide layer embedded with black dye, available in both decorative (Type II) and hardcoat (Type III) formats. This results in a scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant, non-reflective black finish ideal for aerospace parts, electronic enclosures, custom machine components, and high-end consumer products.
