Product Description
The Rainbow M Coater/Laminator is a state-of-the-art system engineered for high-precision coating and lamination. It features a pneumatic-controlled nip roller system with locking rods for accuracy and safety. Its innovative sleeve-change mechanism allows quick roller replacement without disassembly, enhancing operational efficiency.
The system includes a transparent 5-mm safety cabin with electric locking and integrated solvent vapor hoods for safe, clean processing. Vapors are efficiently extracted via an exhaust fan and a dedicated piping system to maintain controlled pressure during operations.
The solventless unit is built into the machine uprights with electrowelded crosspieces and high-resistance pipes, ensuring rigid structure and minimal vibration.
