TECHNO CNC presents the SH 13-24-M24 Static Mixer Metal Safety Shroud, a precision-engineered protective housing designed to enhance the safety and durability of industrial static mixing operations. This metal shroud shields the mixing tube from mechanical damage, excessive pressure, and accidental operator contact, ensuring a safer and more reliable adhesive dispensing environment.

Machined from high-strength steel or premium aluminum alloy, the shroud offers excellent rigidity, dimensional stability, and resistance to chemicals commonly used in 2K adhesives—such as PU, epoxy, and solventless laminating adhesives. Its M24 threaded interface guarantees secure mounting, preventing back-flow, displacement, or leakage during high-pressure metering.

This component is ideal for industrial laminators, dual-cartridge dispensing systems, and automated mixing-metering lines requiring consistent performance, extended component life, and guaranteed safety in continuous operations.
