Product Description
TECHNO PTFE Teflon Dam is a precision-machined component used in flexible packaging side seal machines to control the flow of adhesive or molten sealing material during the sealing process.
The Edge Dam / Glue Dam acts as a barrier that prevents adhesive overflow and ensures clean, accurate sealing along the edges of the packaging film.
Manufactured from high-grade virgin PTFE (Teflon), these dams offer excellent heat resistance, non-stick properties, and long service life in high-temperature sealing environments.
TECHNO CNC manufactures custom PTFE side seal dams compatible with many packaging machines including Wepack, Holweg Weber, Hudson Sharp, Totani, and similar systems.
Each part is precision CNC machined to ensure dimensional accuracy and smooth sealing performance.
