Product Description
The Electrostatic Charging Bar (ESA Bar) is a precision electrostatic assist component designed for Bobst gravure printing machines to enhance ink transfer efficiency and print quality.
This ESA charging electrode bar generates a controlled electrostatic field between the gravure cylinder and substrate, improving ink laydown, reducing missing dots, and enabling high-speed printing stability.
Manufactured by Techno CNC with precision electrode alignment and high-voltage insulation technology, this ESA bar is fully compatible with ENULEC / Erhardt+Leimer ESA systems used in Bobst presses.
It is suitable for flexible packaging, film printing, decorative laminates, and high-resolution gravure applications.
