The Double Heated Mixer Hose 1/2 BSP – 4 Meter, 230V AC, 500W is a heavy-duty industrial heated hose assembly designed for precise temperature-controlled adhesive transfer in solventless laminating and mixing systems. Engineered for high-performance applications, this hose ensures consistent adhesive viscosity, uninterrupted flow, and stable operating temperature during continuous production.
Equipped with a J-Type thermocouple temperature sensor (0–400°C) and dual heating system, the hose delivers uniform heat distribution up to 130°C, even under high-pressure conditions. The assembly includes four extra-long 6mm OD air pipes (both sides +500 mm) to support pneumatic control and system integration.
Designed with a 1/2 BSP connector, rated for 175 bar pressure, and powered by 230V AC with 500W heating capacity, this mixer hose is fully compatible with NORD World Mixer systems and similar solventless lamination equipment, ensuring reliability, safety, and long service life.
