This Adhesive Filter 1/2" Threaded – Anodized Aluminum is a high-precision filtration component engineered specifically for solventless laminators, coating systems, and adhesive metering units. Manufactured using advanced CNC machining, the filter body ensures flawless internal geometry, stable pressure handling, and highly efficient adhesive flow.

The hard anodized aluminum construction provides excellent resistance to wear, corrosion, chemical attack, and aggressive 2K/Solventless adhesive formulations. Its 1/2" threaded design enables universal integration with most laminators and adhesive supply modules, ensuring optimal sealing, zero leakage, and reliable long-term operation.

By effectively removing micro-impurities, gel particles, and residue, this filter protects metering pumps, coating heads, and mixer nozzles—ensuring smoother coating, extended machine life, and consistent lamination quality.
