TECHNO CNC presents the Adhesive Filter Steel, a precision-machined filter element engineered for adhesive dispensing systems requiring high flow reliability and long-term durability. Manufactured from industrial-grade steel, this filter ensures consistent adhesive purity by preventing contaminants, micro-particulates, and unmixed residues from entering the static mixer or dispensing nozzle.

The filter features a 33 mm diameter, 60 mm length, and a ¾” BSP (14 TPI) threaded connection, making it universally compatible with standard adhesive mixer manifolds such as SAAPL Mixer (DUOS Mixer). The Electroless Nickel Plating (ENP) finish enhances corrosion resistance, wear protection, and surface stability, especially under high-viscosity adhesive flow, elevated pressure conditions, and continuous industrial usage.

Engineered with tight tolerances and reliable filtration geometry, this steel filter significantly improves adhesive system performance, reduces clogging, stabilizes flow, and extends the lifespan of downstream components.
