Nylon OILON is a specially engineered grade of Polyamide 6 (Nylon) infused with internal oil-based lubricants, resulting in a low-friction, self-lubricating, and high-load-bearing material. It’s ideal for dry-running applications where traditional greasing is impractical.
TECHNO CNC offers custom-machined Nylon OILON components, including bushings, wear plates, pulleys, guide rollers, and slideways that maintain excellent performance even under high-speed, high-load, or oscillating conditions.
