NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) is one of the most widely used elastomers in industrial sealing due to its outstanding resistance to oils, fuels, and hydrocarbons. At TECHNO CNC, we deliver high-quality custom compression molded NBR components including gaskets, O-rings, diaphragms, bushings, and vibration dampers.
Using precision-machined steel or aluminum compression molds, we form rubber parts with consistent density and accurate geometry. This molding method is ideal for low to medium production volumes, large-size parts, and materials sensitive to shear like NBR.
Our NBR compounds can be tailored to meet specific industry standards, including automotive, fluid transfer, hydraulic systems, and mechanical seals.
