Acetal, also known as POM (Polyoxymethylene) or Delrin®, is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic recognized for its exceptional mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and low friction. It is ideal for precision CNC-machined components that require tight tolerances, wear resistance, and chemical resilience.
TECHNO CNC machines Acetal into a variety of functional parts—such as gears, bushings, spacers, valves, and structural insulators—that operate reliably in dry, wet, and chemical-exposed environments. It is available in natural (white), black, and other specialty grades, including glass-filled and antistatic.
Delrin’s unique combination of properties makes it a preferred material for automotive, medical, electronics, aerospace, and mechanical applications.
