TECHNO CNC presents the Static Mixer 13-24 White, a precision-engineered disposable mixing nozzle designed for high-efficiency blending of two-component adhesive systems. Manufactured using high-grade Polypropylene housing and Polyacetal (POM) mixing elements, this 24-element static mixer ensures consistent, uniform mixing for industrial bonding, sealing, potting, encapsulation, and coating applications.

The 13 mm inner diameter and optimized 24-element helical structure provide excellent mixing performance with reduced material waste. The bell-type connection offers secure attachment to compatible 2K cartridges, while the stepped nozzle tip ensures controlled dispensing, accurate bead formation, and superior application quality.

With a total length of 292 mm (11.5 inches) and a content capacity of 27 ml, this static mixer is ideal for precise dispensing of medium-to-high viscosity two-part adhesives including epoxy, PU, acrylic, and other reactive chemistries used in printing, converting, electronics, automotive, composite repair, and industrial assembly operations.

Designed to be fully compatible with Sulzer MCH 13-24, Mixpac MC 13-24, and equivalent industry mixers, it serves as a direct replacement for multiple brands while matching OEM mixing performance.
