TECHNO CNC presents the PT100 3-Wire Simplex Probe, a high-precision RTD temperature sensor engineered for accurate and stable temperature measurement in industrial environments.

This sensor features a 3-wire configuration, which helps compensate for lead wire resistance and improves measurement accuracy compared to 2-wire systems—making it a preferred choice in industrial control systems.

The sensing element is housed in a 3 mm diameter SS316 stainless steel probe, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and high temperatures. The 50 mm probe length ensures quick response and easy installation in compact spaces.

Equipped with a 3-meter PTFE (Teflon) insulated cable, the sensor provides superior insulation, flexibility, and durability, especially in high-temperature and chemically aggressive environments. PTFE cables are widely used in RTD sensors due to their high thermal stability and resistance.

This probe is ideal for integration with PLC systems, temperature controllers, and process instrumentation, ensuring consistent and reliable performance in continuous operations.
